You can become an active part of World War II re-enacting. Participation in this fun, fast growing, educational hobby will bring your interest in WWII history to life.

A unique group of military enthusiasts, historians, and collectors who recreate the American combat engineer soldier in the World War II European Theater of Operations through public displays and tactical combat events.
Based in the Minneapolis - Saint Paul, Minnesota metropolitan area, the 105th ECB has members from throughout the upper Midwest.
Membership is available to US citizens who are at least 16 years old.
Veterans are welcome. However, prior military service is not required for membership.
Members must agree to conform to the authenticity and safety requirements of the WW II Historical Re-enactment Society and the 105th Engineer Combat Battalion.
Members undergo a Basic Training period under the guidance and supervision of experienced members, during which time they accumulate the required uniforms, weapons and equipment while learning the military skills needed to authentically portray the Combat Engineer soldier of World War II. You don't need to have military experience to join, nor do you have to be a youngster. Although some of our members are in their teens and 20s, many are in their 40s and 50s. All that's required is a dedication to learn , look, and act like an engineer soldier from WWII.
